There’s no better time to start spring training than at the 23rd annual Fitger’s 5K Run & Walk. The 3.1-mile race begins at 9 a.m. at Fitger’s (600 E. Superior St.) in downtown Duluth. An awards ceremony follows the race at 10:30 a.m.
The racecourse travels through downtown Duluth on Superior Street into Canal Park and finishes back at Fitger’s. Click here to view the course map.
All finishers receive a T-shirt, and trophies will be awarded to the top competitors in each age category for both the run and walk.

in the August Fitger Room on the 3rd Floor of Fitger's.
Important: Absolutely no early starters are allowed on the racecourse. Individuals in violation of this rule will be disqualified and asked to leave the course. No automobiles, bicycles, baby joggers, roller skis, inline skates, handcycles, hand-cranked wheelchairs, pets or unofficial participants are allowed on the racecourse.
Headphones: For the safety of all participants, the use of headphones and other similar devices will not be allowed during the Fitger's 5K Run & Walk.
Entry Fee:
$25 plus processing fee.
All net proceeds from the Fitger’s 5K benefit the Young Athletes Foundation.
Entry Limit:
Registration for this race is limited to the first 1,800 entrants.
